Marian Academy is one of the leading private schools in Georgetown, Guyana. They provide Nursery, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary schooling.
The Challenge
When COVID-19 Pandemic entered Guyana, they were growing concerns of how schools will continue to conduct classes. It was imperative for schools to reopen but to do so safely. Remote Learning became the way forward. Marian Academy wanted to have their regular classes executed virtually across their nursery, primary and secondary divisions. Their preference was to have a platform to deliver video conferencing and to efficiently collaborate and distribute learning material and assessments between teachers and students.
The Solution
To fulfill these critical requirements, we were happy to recommended Microsoft Teams. We deployed Teams to the entire school consisting of almost one thousand (1000) users inclusive of teachers and students within 4 weeks. We trained all of their teachers across the nursery, primary and secondary departments. Subsequently executing training sessions with all students within their classrooms.

Other Work:
We digitally enhanced their enrollment process by allowing parents and potential students to apply online coupled with the revamp of their website, giving a modern look and feel.
