'The Food Warehouse - Guyana's Oldest Food Wholesaler & Retailer. They have emerged to not only meet local demand and continue their synonymity with freshly ground geera and mixed masalas, but to also introduce new items and recipes to the baskets of their customers- from different spices, seasonings, frozen foods, desserts, fresh local vegetables for that true Guyanese flavor.
The Challenge
The Mattai’s team had a job application/recruitment process that was entirely paper-based. Managing resumes and applications became cumbersome and lead to misplaced files and inconsistencies in communications amongs themselves and potential candidates.
The Solution
The aim of this project was to implement a robust and scalable solution to allow candidates to apply online, and their HR team to manage job applications when vacancies are posted.
